Erin Dougherty

Erin Dougherty joined the High in 2009 and is currently Head of Public Programs and Community Engagement. In this role, she oversees a team that implements over two hundred programs a year that engage families, teens, adults, students, and everyone in between with art in creative and innovative ways.

Before moving to Atlanta, she worked as Public Programs Coordinator at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. She also held internships at both the Walker Art Center and the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art.

Erin has served on several boards in Atlanta including T. Lang Dance and AIR Serenbe. She was a member of the 2017 Getty Leadership Institute NextGen class. She holds a BA in art history and an MA in art education.
